Prizes will vary every challenge and will be announced at the start of each new challenge. The goal of this challenge is to encourage the adoption of an active, fit lifestyle by creating the habit of working out daily. Whether you’re in the gym or working out at home, as long as you wear your Myzone belt, your points will be counted and your progress will be tracked on the live leaderboard available on the app.

Our elite challenge is here to help you transform your body, and it’s open twice a year for full access Monday to Sunday.
For 11 weeks, immerse yourself in the Str11ve Workouts and discover new challenges every day. Our certified fitness trainers will be there every step of the way to motivate you and ensure proper form as you push yourself to new heights. Inbody Scans will track your progress and help you see the progress you’re making over time. Plus, with custom meal plans tailored to your preferences, you’ll maximize your results and reach your goals faster.

Take advantage of our extended hours, with 2 extra hours on Saturday and Sunday for CHALLENGERS ONLY, and show off your achievement with exclusive challenge swag including a motivational challenge band upon sign-up and an exclusive challenge shirt upon completion. Connect with a like-minded community in our exclusive MyZone and Facebook groups, where you’ll receive exclusive challenge advice and support from your peers, as well as non-members will receive a FREE MyZone Heart Rate Belt.

See the changes you’ve earned after 11 weeks with transformation photos, this challenge is open to both members and non-members (Although this challenge is not covered by your membership, there are discounted rates available for members).

There are two categories, body fat lost and muscle built, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for each category, for a total of six winners. Your progress will be tracked during each InBody scan, and the leaderboard will be posted in the private Facebook group to keep you motivated and on track. The winners will be determined by the highest percentage of change in relation to your initial starting point, ensuring a fair competition for everyone. YOU VS YOU CHALLENGE

The You Vs You Challenge is open to everyone and is a true test of willpower and determination. The rules are simple but the journey to completion is not. Remember, this challenge is based on the honor system, and if you falter, the only person you’re cheating is yourself.

Here are the simple rules of the challenge:

  • Drink 1 gallon of water per day
  • Complete 1 STR11VE workout or 60 minutes of exercise
  • Stick to a chosen nutritional program with no exceptions
  • Refrain from alcohol and cheat meals
  • Take a progress picture on day 1 of each week
  • Read 11 pages of a non-fiction or self-improvement book
  • If you fail to complete all requirements, you must start the program over from Day 1.

Now, you may be thinking that starting over multiple times is a sign of failure, but the truth is that modifying the program to fit your convenience is not true success. Real success comes from pushing past your limits and achieving what you’re truly capable of.
