Hours

Workouts can range from 30-75 minutes depending on your schedule and fitness level.

Monday – Thursday:

5am – 11am (Last round starts at 10:00am)
3pm – 9pm (Last round starts at 8:00pm)

Friday:

5am – 11am (Last round starts at 10:00am)
3pm – 7pm (Last round starts at 6:00pm)

Saturday – Sunday:

7am – 11am (Last round starts at 10:00am)
